Welcome to today’s PEP Talk – May Awareness Month – Episode #36.
May is Mental Health Awareness month as well as National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. In my opinion, this is the perfect pairing. In this month’s PEP Talk, I share some of the benefits one receives by being physically active.
I encourage you to utilize the month of May as an opportunity to create the habit of physical activity or, if you are already physically active, utilize the month of May to create a new habit to improve your psychological well-being.
