Welcome to today’s PEP Talk – I Am – Episode #48.

Our self-talk plays a significant role in how we feel emotionally. If someone is walking around telling herself that she is a “loser” or that she is “always” making mistakes and is “not good enough,” this individual is going to struggle with low self-esteem and self-worth.

Think about it this way…if a child makes a mistake, are you going to berate the child and tell her what a horrible human being she is? No, of course not. Then why do it to yourself? It is important that we encourage ourselves and work to build our self-esteem and self-worth, not tear it down.

Please take a few minutes to listen to today’s PEP Talk – I Am – Episode #48, and I encourage you to do one thing today purposefully to attain true PEP for life.
