In my recent nutrition PEP Talks, I have been encouraging you to read ingredient labels and when you do not know (or cannot pronounce) an ingredient on the label, avoid that food.

In my recent PEP Talks I have also shared some known ingredients that are unhealthy ingredients including seed oils and sugar.

In today’s PEP Talk I am discussing yet another ingredient to avoid – gluten.
