This year, I want to encourage you to focus on developing healthy wellness habits. Eileen Laird of Phoenix Helix created an easy-to-follow list of 31 self-care practices.
I challenge you to utilize the month of January to begin cultivating habitual self-care by following the list of activities. Simply perform the activity that is listed for the corresponding day of the month – it will be fun and a great way to start the new year!
